Resolve Common PC Errors
Over the past few days, some of our users have reported having encountered troubleshooting Rogers digital receiver issues. Start writing by unplugging the power cord that can come from either the user’s chosen wall outlet or the back of the person’s digital box.Plug it in after about 10 seconds.You will see a “loading” message and the factory reset will definitely take about five minutes.
Reprogramming your Rogers digital cable box to work positively with your HDTV takes just a few minutes.
Unplug this digital wired box from Rogers and unplug the HDMI cable at the back and also unplug it directly from the plug on the plug. Wait 30 minutes, then reconnect the cables, but leave the decoder turned off. This will return the box to the factory default settings for the production unit.
Why is my Rogers box stuck on boot?

NOTE. Make sure your TV is tuned to the channel you want to tune the set-top box to. (Channel 3 or 2, video channel or HDMI channel)
How do you troubleshoot a cable box?
Restart the decoder by unplugging it from the wall outlet. Wait about 19 seconds, then plug it back in. This should start an automatic system that would normallyfixes most issues, including stuck images and features that have stopped working. If a constant restart isn’t enough, call your cable company.

- Call 1-866-894-9962 and follow the voice instructions.
- Choose your language.

How do you reset a digital cable box?

Check The Input On The TV
All connected devices and TV (eg DVD player, Blu-ray player, TV box) are connected to the same input on the back of the TV. In order for your TV to display the picture correctly in the hands of the TV-Box, it must be configured for the input to which the personal TV-Box is connected.
- Turn on your TV and TV like a box.
- Change the input port selected for TV routing by pressing and holding the INPUT button on the TV remote control.
Reset TV Box Settings
You can try to fix the problem by restarting your TV-Box.
- Power supply for TV box.
- Disconnect the power cord from the back of the computer and from the wall or outlet.
- Wait 30 seconds and just reconnect the power cord to each of our devices and to the power source.
- Wait 2 minutes for the TV Box to reboot.
- Turn on the current mailbox and check it again.
